Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
2 cups Rice Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Knead dough into ball and roll onto a floured surface making a nice log, about 1 1/2 inch round. You will then slice the long into even slices which you will bake for 10 to 15 minutes on a cookie sheet until brown at the edges and crackled. Don't underbake them, I like them hard and crisp. Cool before serving and refrigerate.
Makes 60 to 70 rounds.

Hey Silvie, Jet here.
Now you're talking! We LOVE PB and almond butter, cashew butter and tahini too! Mom only allows us a lick here and there, hmpf!
