SOUPER supper recipe

Ideal proportions for this recipe are easy ... 1/3 protein 1/3 grain 1/3 veggies staged as follows:

I bag of frozen mixed vegetables [look for a NO CORN mix- carrots, peas, green beans, celery, okra, cauliflower, potatoes, sweet potatoes all all ok] dice some zucchini squash 2-3...whatever you have on hand.
Enough low sodium chicken or vegetable stock to cover the veggies.
Add cubed chicken or lamb [remember skinless, trimmed of fat and always boneless...] As much or as little as you want. We like an equal amount to the veggies....
Bring to a boil, lightly salt it. About 1 tsp of salt.
Add farfalle-bow ties pasta, cook for 7 minutes and it is done!!! How much pasta? Oh.. a half a box unless you are cooking for JD in which case... lots lots lots...

Again.. this has NEVER been recalled... And some 4leggeds will eat it all gone in 3 minutes flat, others... will eat it in stages... all meat first, then all pasta, then all peas... than all carrots... you get the idea...

I am peckish now...
