So what's with the sticks?

I saw a bunch of two leggeds playing with weird sticks. And ick the smell. Smelled like dead fish.
And not the good kind that I like, like crab.... this smelled like the kind I am not fond of, like Spot.
In any case, I figured it out. 2 Leggeds without a dog ... play with sticks.... sad, no?
