So, I saw colorful chicken when we went shopping. I like it. I would like it cooked and served. Do you have a great recipe? Looks like a great chicken and I am thinking something exotic with mango or chutney since it has so many colorful feathers.
actually looks kinda scrawny to me -- mama brings home already cooked chicken for us from the deli. It is delish and one of my favorite add-ins to my normal food.
BTW those colored things -- those are called feathers. Mama has some up in her sewing studio. I tried tasting them once -- bhlaaah, pffft! not tasty at all!
Thank you Rocky. On the chicken, momma is brining one for tomorrow. She promised me crispy skin baked chicken with the baby carrots and potatoes and I always get my fair share of that. She said that the colorful chicken would be wayyy to expensive and be "gamy" and probably upset my tummy. [Frankly I don't think she has a recipe for it, but hey we are getting chicken... so wooohoo!]
