tastee tuesday turkey jerkey part ONETH


IT"S TASTEEEEEEEE TUEEEEESDAYYYYY TIMEEEEEE


No, wait, its TASTEEEE  TURKEYYYYYY TIMEEEE!



we brought the turkey breast at home.
trimmed out the skin and fat,'cause honey nobody needs to eat that!
 


Slice it  up and drained it ... 
 
 
The slices are in a colander because they drip excess moisture.
Then into the oven they go... Convection, at the lowest setting.
Now the hard part....

WAIT

and wait


 

 
Patrol the kitchen, secure the perimeter, sniff and pace... You know the drill GUARD the OVEN!!!
Talk about precious cargo.  This is not one of those stupid chocoldeath cakes.... THIS IS TURKEY JERKEY!!!!  We nap in turns, so that one of us is always awake, in case ....
