Do you know what makes momma nuts? Well, actually that's like asking if you know what makes water wet... so let me rephrase the question..." Do you know what makes momma stop a walk and order you inside the buggy?"  GLASS.  Broken glass. She has a real thing about broken glass. I think it's a deep fear of it. She says once she cut her foot on broken glass and now any broken glass, anywhere and the woman goes nuts.  Broken glass on a sidewalk ends your walk and you get scooped up and you get to ride the buggy.

Sigh.

Listen up Ghent folks. Please clean up your broken bottles. You have a very nice neighborhood. We love to walk about and sniff and meet and greet. That almost hippy vibe really resonates with The Wendy. Moi, I am more the Museum crowd type of girl. All GQ all the time. JD waffles.  He will play both sides as long as he is getting a belly rub. But I digress... broken glass is a walk killer.  So, please, use the waste receptacles, clean up your broken glass.  IT is tourist season, do you want to be known as the messy place?

Boy, oh boy, when a little white dog has to tell you what to do, things are not "NORMAL".


In any case,  back to the boardwalk, or Williamsburg, or Towne Center... or Norfolk , or the Chrysler...or Portsmouth or just about anywhere SANS GLASS!!!!
