Prepare 2 cups cut-up summer fruit (strawberries, peaches, watermelon, raspberries, we love strawberries and bananas and blueberries .
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or vanilla
Directions:
1. Place the fruit in a food processor. We like a little texture, so we do a rough chop
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons water, if necessary.
3. Pour into 4 oz. ice-pop molds or paper cups. Insert sticks. Freeze until solid.
Makes 4.
Get a two legged to hold the stick while you lick.
Warning... they make your tongue PINK!!!
We love these treats and they are low cal. BUT watch out. Two leggeds steal them!
