Another way to do Bread sticks momma can live with.

So, I love me some bread sticks, everyone knows that. I am sort of addicted to the crunchie munchies.

BUT, and there is always a BUT..... momma says I am getting fluffy.

These are yummy and healthy and reasonable calories wise. Cheapo momma actually breaks them in 2 inch pieces... cheap cheap cheap... do you hear bird?????
Healthy "Breadsticks"
2 c. oatmeal meal finely ground
1/4 c. coconut flour or rye flour. I love rye...
1/4 c. flax meal
2 tbsp melted butter
2/3 c. yogurt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. arrowroot
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil (yes, you NEED this)
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in eggs, butter, and yogurt
Allow the dough to sit long enough to absorb and hard.
Place parchment/non-stick aluminum foil on a cookie sheet
You can spread the dough out in a flat manner to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, using another piece of parchment paper on top and using your hand or rolling pin to flatten and smooth it out, cook, and then cut the sticks;
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until browned and crispy. Check often as time will vary based on thickness and oven.
Allow to cool and SERVE!
