Your web postings and conduct also constitute tortious interference with the business and contractual relations of WINTER. [As a companion WINTER is charged with taking care of items left by household members. He is in fact a bailor of such items and he performs his duties with care and diligence as all items are properly returned and made available to the owners upon demand in the same or better condition they were tended in.] As such, your postings are actionable and expose you to the imposition of compensatory as well as punitive damages.
The picture you published above, is evidence of the more patent, malicious, and libelious actions made by you in your e-mails; it is also evidence your tortious interference. If WINTER is forced to file suit to stop your wrongful conduct, he will also seek an award of his attorney fees and litigation expenses.[ MANY MANY MANY CHEWIES, more than 7 Liver Lips and more than 7 Liver Slivers!]
Your failure to correct your erroneous and false statements and their repetition after notice of their falsehood constitutes further publication of libel. It also confirms your malicious intent.

This law firm represents WINTER, and we have been asked to write this letter to you. Many of your statements about WINTER in your e-mail postings and Facebook postings are untrue and defamatory. You called our client WINTER a "shoe and sock thief". A lie. The picture was posed, by you. You made the statements maliciously to injure WINTER in his trade as faithful companion . As such, they are defamatory per se. Under O.C.G.A. 51-5-11, this letter constitutes a demand for immediate retraction in writing of these false and libelous statements. In accordance with O.C.G.A 51-5-11(b)(1)(C), WINTER demands that your retraction and correction be accompanied by an editorial in which you specifically repudiate your libelous statements.

whoa, what brought that on, 'vie?? Mama and I haven't had much time for facebook or other fun internet pursuits. Mama's been busy, which means I've been busy. That woman is working my paws off! But back to Winter. Who on earth would make such a malicious statement against such a handsome looking 4legged! I'm incensed I tell you, absolutely incensed. Just let me know where the protest rally will be and I'll be there to march!
His momma said he is a sock and shoe thief... And then she admitted leaving things out for him to "steal". Winter says 1. he is innocent of theft. 2. He assumed things were left out and needed to be taken care of. 3. He merely took them in bailment. I tell you, humans. Can't live with them and can't live without them...

Winter has asked me to get in touch. He wants assistance to hire a new attorney and negotiate an out of court settlement with his much loved mother. He resents being referred to as a "thief" in the legal documents. His mother specifically referred to him as a "bandit" which he thought made him sound like romantic pirate or humorous along the lines of the "Frito Bandito".
