PS - I know exactly what you mean by "the potential for animal hoarding". Mama would bring ALL THE DOGS home if she could Thankfully, our town will only let you have TWO. (One too many if you aske me; I hate to share!)

I feel I should explain about Bichon parents:
Bichon parents are needy... which is why Bichons are Velcro... some find the whole thing suffocating, and.. really Bichons do not respect boundaries. Nothing is out of play. Not even the bite inside momma's mouth....
