Oh, 'vie. Does your momma needs help with de-cluttering? Tell her I'll come and help her dispose of that "ephemera" right after I'm done convincing my husband that his basement office full of "ephemera" is really just crap we don't need.
Bertrande MacLeod Silvie, I'm with your Momma on this one-I love the Frogs in Pink Convertible!!! It's kitsch of the very best kind-totally random. Everyone knows frogs prefer hard tops.
You should see her face when you say the word clutter... Momma is NOT a hoarder.... noooo she is a "collector". That means a hoarder with good taste or expensive taste. Neither of which is evidenced in the pink cadi and glass frogs...

it is a constant battle here between John, who prefers to have NOTHING marring pristine expanses of tabletops to mama, who is no longer allowed any more horizontal surfaces in the house (for obvious reasons)! Mama is needing to completely pack up everything in the kitchen in preparation for the guys who are coming on Wednesday to do what John is calling the "big declutter" the countertops and floors are going in preparation on new countertops and floors coming in. Not really sure why someone would want to do this, but mama says it's way past time for this to happen.
