Alfie

My name is Alfie and I was a wreck until Auntie Robin called my foster Mom to pick me up. I was wandering the streets and was a matted mess...the people who found me called me Mattie, but I didn't like that name much. They cut off all my mats, but when my hair grows back out I will be very handsome again! I am a little grumpy in the morning until after my walk then I run and play!
This is my favorite place to nap, but I usually have to share the space with Cassie and Sammy I am one happy fluff these days. I have two cousins who I love to hang out with. I am house trained and that makes my foster Mom very happy. When I need to go outside, I sit patiently at the door waiting for my leash to be put on me. Once I am outside though, I would really love to run real fast, but the leash won't let me. Foster Mommie says I need to work on walking on a leash and I am trying really hard to do better but there is just so much to sniff and chase out there! I think cats and children are okay though I haven't really had much exposure to them. I love to snuggle, especially at bed time. I don't bark much except when someone comes to the door. I wasn't very hungry when I first got here, but my appetite has come back. I sit patiently and wait for Foster Mommie to put my bowl down. I really want my own forever home, so please adopt me!
