Vickie was adopted from Tidewater Bichon Frise Rescue in October 2007 and loves her forever home. She loves to play fetch with her stuffed toys and will play for hours. She is a real snuggle bug and loves spending time with her family. She enjoys going for walks in the City Parks and meeting other dogs and people.
