Tastee Tuesday Grain Free Peanut butter "cookie"

 Grain Free Peanut butter "cookie"

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Garbanzo & Fava Bean flour [available in most stores in specialty flours/gluten free products]
  • ½ cup of organic peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup local honey

  • Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Combine all your ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 20 seconds, scrape down the sides and pulse again until everything is mixed.
Then, using a spoon or small cookie scoop, just spoon out the dough onto cookie sheets which you have prepared with baking spray.
These are like drop cookies. You can make them larger or smaller you can even add shredded carrots or apple pieces and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

These are treats. NOT "meals". Mind the calories and nobody gets in trouble.

    Hey it's Jet here.

Have I ever mentioned I LOVE peanut butter? (almond butter, too.) Mom suggested that you let people know that humans can enjoy this on a gluten free diet!!!
