Yes, but... this is VA land of sun, sand and surf. Snow is ...foreign matter and the city is closed! Literally. We don't own show shovels and snow blowers, we own sand buggies! and we were in the mid 50s a couple of days ago. So... it is shocking. You should have seen the grocery stores last night! People were stocking up like this was going to be a long long winter. Lat time it snowed like this? 1987?
