Assembly Bill 241, the Responsible Breeder Act, seeks to limit each seller to 50 adult intact dogs or cats. This will help law enforcement crack down on overpopulated puppy mills (currently, only 70 inspectors are expected to license and inspect these large-scale commercial breeders). Seeing as there are 8,300 facilities in California alone, inspecting kennels becomes a very low priority.

I LOVE the fashion show!!! Chloe and LadyBug probably wouldn't...although Lady doesn't so much mind the clothes...Chloe RUNS the other direction when she even sees me take out a harness!

I love my white curly fluffy self nakid as my creator intended. But I have been known to parade in human clothing because it makes momma happy and grateful, and I love a grateful momma because she gives two handed all over rubs.
