IT IS BARK in the PARK!!!!!!

Mark your calendars for Chesapeake Humane Society's 18th Annual Bark in the Park &
5k Doggy Dash! This event is our largest fund raising event of the year; it attracts more
than 5,000 attendees and has become Chesapeake's most talked about pet event!

Enjoy a sunset run at Chesapeake City Park - and yes, you can run with your canine companion!
If a 5K is too much for you or your four-legged companion, give our 2K Puppy Trot a try. We also welcome virtual runners if you'd like to sit back and raise funds for animals in need.
You can enter the 5K/2K with or without a dog, in memory of a beloved pet, or in honor of your cat.

Race registration fees begin at $30 or $25 for a team of three. Sign up before September 15th to take advantage of these early-bird prices! Registration fee includes t-shirt (while supplies last), after-race snack and water - provided by WalMart Neighborhood Marketplace, and one beer ticket for a nice cold craft beer from Smartmouth Brewing Company!
