Rocky's mama here again -- I don't think rocky has access to a computer while he is at his Auntie Laura's. So what is that attachment on the mixer?? I have the mixer but not the attachment. Hmmm. I suspect my DH will simply suggest I use the pasta attachment for my food processor instead. Alrhough I do have to admit I can buy fresh pasta every week at the farmers market. Sigh!!!
Sorry to tell you that this is a custom attachment, it is not readily available for sale. It was "modified" for momma by someone she knows. She has all the pasta attachments and uses them every single week. This is not. Kitchen aid item.

Dear Chloe and LadyBug, momma is still fighting the shingles. [the roof looks fine to me... but she is still fighting the shingles] She has -0- attention span and her vision is effected so, reading is not fun. Cooking is fun. So... she cooks or packs or cooks or cleans. She then packs the food and freezes it. Daddy takes it back to Ack RUN! But she did eat some cavatelli, something about doing quality control. I am sorry she makes you hungry, try living with her and listening to the diet litany while smelling falsomagro...or ravioli... It is torture I tell you pure and simple torture.
