Wordless Wednesday: Cameo appearance

I do look like a little cameo. No? {Momma's note: This is how I found her. I told Silvieon4 NOT to roll all over the deck.  I told her momma would not put up with that.

And I even told her that she would get a very long bath and medication.

But did she listen to me???? NO.

And I am the big sister!  I know these things. If I am going to roll in anything, I wait and do it on daddy's watch.  I have a 50/50 chance of getting caught then. Not  on momma's watch, nop that is a 100% chance of getting caught. She is so obsessive....

Post bath the Silvieon4 was all over me, apologizing and what not. I am not stooooopid, Silvie was using me to get even with momma.  I got all her kisses and attention and momma got nothing.It is called retaliation.

Momma did scrub her clean and did fluff her out. She actually smells nice.  FYI... the bows lasted about 20 minutes. One "fell off"  the other got plucked off. I know nothing.....

Hey it is tasty Tuesday, you are not cooking?  Oh the dehydrator.  Yogurt lamb bits... Ahh yes, the ground lamb and yogurt bits that become crunchy... I remember,  when will they be ready?  Four pm...

What do you mean you are stripping floors? Am not even sure what that means, floor stripping.  Are you taking up the rugs??? Making the floors naked? Wax?  What wax? Spring cleaning.  I am going upstairs then and take a nap ok? Call me if you need me to taste something.  Ciao

The yogurt lamb bits.... are easy.... Mix a lb of ground lamb with a cup of Greek yogurt. flatten it out on a silpat sheet, cut into tiny squares, dehydrate for about 6 hrs.

You get crunchy bits. Delicious....

The momma is mad.... she caught me... I was rolling and rolling and rolling on the deck, on the  nasty, smelly, dirty and wet... deck.

In my defense. I AM ITCHING.

I am allergic to something out there that makes me belly red and welty and momma is not appreciating my reaction.

She grabbed me, brushed me, washed my belly and put some stuff on me and then she pushed a pill inside my mouth.

And she is muttering about allergy protocol. Dang it.  I feel a bath , a full bath coming... DANG it.

What ever happen to empathy and sympathy????

So, momma has been working her tushy off for auntie Crissy's

Big Yard and Bake Sale

While I do mind the fact that this means She has less time for me... ehmm I am a generous dog as I do realize that momma's motives are pure and the cause is worthy! I mean really, what's more important than fundraising for Tidewater Bichon Frise Rescue???? Nuffing!. Zackly. Nuffing!

 Having said that, I am willing to put up with a lot. So... I will miss a good belly rub... And maybe feel a wee bit neglected, but hey... I am the bigger dog [in the soul sense that is. That woman is already whining about my needing to lose a lb... no need to encourage her obsession..]

My take on this whole baking thing is simple. 

She should be making stuff that is four legged friendly. Like turkey jerky! Not these prissy cupcakes thingies Iaden with ew... chocolate... expensive... dark... chocolate... 

And no, lemon  custard cupcakes are not my theng either.

I will taste a vanilla cupcake, but then... who offered me one?  Nobody....

And to add insult to injury momma, spent a great deal of time "decorating " the stuff.  Her line "we eat with our eyes first" really ticked me off. I mean think about it! Who eats with their eyes?  How would you even do that? Why would you even try???

Everyone knows your nose is the "gateway" you your appetite!  Who cares what it looks like!  The real question is... "Does it smell good enough to eat?"

The cookies are done...the blondies are done...the fort knox pies are done... and now she is messing around with these other citrusy thingies... I dunno...  I am sorry I am still stuck on eating with the eyes...GROSS!

But if you decide to take a break momma, I have a belly here that needs to be rubbed, I am just saying.

See???  It is here, if you need some de stressing....
