Like I said before, come on down!, up? Sideways? Nothing beats fresh made pasta and fresh baked anything. I am looking at beautiful artichokes with a foot of stem and I am thinking....tagliatelle, carciofi e funghi.... That would be tagliatelle with artichokes and mushroom in a light garlic butter, with fresh padana and pepper..
