That is Dakota Conrad. She is Senator Kent Conrad's RESCUE BICHON!!!! And she's hanging out in a Senate office building. How awesome cool is that?
(Not to complain or whatever, but momma never takes me to the Senate. She won't even let me go in the bank. MEAN.)
